Duties:

●    To plan the chapter’s annual Achievement Week Program.

●    Special Events forms submitted to KRS.

●    Ensure KRS submit Special Event form to IHQ.

●    Flyers created and sent via social media.

●    Secure a location and a speaker for Achievement Week services.

●    Setup Achievement Week program and booklet.

●    Tickets for Banquet printed.

●    Prepare a final written report for chapter history and records.

●    Prepare a pictorial history of the affair.

●    Submit pictures and story to the reporter to the Oracle and the Communications Chairman.

 

*** Planning Meeting at the latest June, 2019

WHEN: Final Written report due at the first chapter meeting in January 2020.
